At 97% thermal efficiency, Intelli-Fin is the industry’s only water heater or boiler utilizing LonWorks technology for integration into building management systems via an open network. A digital display on the front of the boiler allows access to 21+ different data points including mode of operation and total run time. Remote monitoring and control access are also available through phone lines.  Units are full modulation and available in sizes of 1500, 1700 or 2000 MBH input.

Power-Fin Extended Series:

Better Idea:
Lochinvar's "Better Idea" is an indirect fired water heating system. Specifically, it's our Copper-Fin line of models ranging from 90,000 to 500,000 Btu/Hr. Super Charger:
The Lochinvar Super Charger incorporates all of the high-efficiency performance and design benefits of the Charger with the addition of an integrated fan-assisted combustion system. The result is optimum combustion with fan-assisted movement of the flue products over the multi-flue tank surface for improved heat transfer from the flue gases to the water. The Super Charger power-assist fan allows installation with conventional negative draft venting using standard type “B” vent material. The ultimate in tank type water heating!
 

Turbo Charger:
The Lochinvar Turbo Charger features a fully condensing, sealed combustion, direct vent design, which draws all combustion air from outside and vents all byproducts outdoors. The flexible venting options include vertical or horizontal venting with ABS, CPVC or PVC pipe, up to 100 equivalent feet with 3″ vent pipe and 150 equivalent feet with 4″ vent pipe.

The submerged combustion chamber, premix power burner and unique triple pass flue system create a heater with a thermal efficiency rating of up to 98 percent. The premix power burner precisely mixes gas and air for optimum efficiency while producing low NOx emissions that meet all air quality standards.

Charger DV:
The Charger DV is a powered direct-vent gas water heater specifically designed to draw all intake air from outside the room and exhaust all by-products of combustion to the outside through one single vent opening. Ideal for applications where combustion intake air is at a premium, such as restaurants and commercial kitchens.

Standard Hi-Power Electric:

Manufactured Home Residential Gas:
Utilizes sealed combustion type (direct venting) where all combustion air is supplied from outside through the air intake. Available in 30 and 40 gallon capacities with a BTU/hr input of 30,000, this heater now has a low NOx burner.
Double Duty Residential Gas Atmospheric and Direct Vent:
Domestic water and Space Heating all in one. The Double Duty heats water for domestic use and maintains a comfortable space temperature via hydronic or radiant heating.

Residential Electric Water Heaters:
